I am fortunate to have participated in the 'Nature Oriented Nurture' workshop for 3 days. The investment of 3 days has the potential to reap benefits throughout the life. The topic was extremely complex but the way it was presented by Mr Sharma made the session very interactive, comfortable and easy to learn. He has shared many years of his study, analysis and experience in very simplistic terms and within very short duration. The way the different personalities and traits were related to the color for simple grasping was interesting.

The session has helped me understand the different personalities and how to appreciate them by understanding the native state of individuals. The topics covered can be applied by different folks in varying manner. I personally liked the self-verification of native state by carefully observing our happiness quotient while performing or doing any work/activity. It was also great to debate within the participants on how to switch between native and simulated based on needs.

The preparation for the session was very well planned by Mr Sharma and Vishwa Vidyapeeth management. The group was very carefully selected to have teachers, mothers and fathers to make place for diverse thoughts. The knowledge, experience, energy, flexibility and friendliness of respected Sharma Sir made sure that the session was engaging throughout the 3 days. The collective wisdom of the very active participants was the icing on the cake. It was a collaborative learning under an enlightened teacher which made us proud to be part of the event.

My sincere thanks to Mr Sharma, VVP mgmt and all the participants who made it a memorable session. I am and will continue to apply the learning.
