When I first heard of this workshop, I thought it would be about parenting, how do we listen to and interact with kids etc. However, the real experience was something far more than that!

While it was about knowing more about our children, so that we can appropriately respond to them, it was also about knowing and discovering myself. It was an eye opener in terms of why people behave the way they do, what drives them and what their viewpoints are! This knowledge will go a long way in both parenting as well as in our own work and personal lives.

The classroom sessions were highly informal and interactive. Mr. Sharma has a very unassuming nature and this helps break the ice really quickly! The additional benefit of this was that a few of us parents and teachers got to know each other and this would not have been possible without attending a workshop of this nature.

I do hope that I will attend more workshops conducted by Mr. Sharma. His analysis is a good mix of psychology, mythology and modern day lives!
